Amazon Prime Video in Morocco: catalogue, price and devices in 2026

Amazon Prime Video in Morocco often sits in the shadow of Netflix, even though its catalogue includes some of the most memorable series of recent years. If you are wondering what you can actually watch on it, which screens it works on and how much it costs in dirhams, this guide gives you all the answers, with practical tips to get started.

Amazon Prime Video in Morocco: how does it work?

In many countries, Prime Video is included in the Amazon Prime membership, which also gives fast delivery. In Morocco the situation is different: Amazon does not run its store with Prime delivery there, so it is the Prime Video streaming service on its own that is offered, through the primevideo.com website and the apps.

What this means for you:

• the direct subscription is paid with a bank card that accepts international payments;
• you get the version of the catalogue available for Morocco, which is not always the same as in France or the United States;
• the interface and many titles are available in French, and many titles offer Arabic subtitles.

The catalogue: what makes Prime Video strong

Amazon original series

This is the heart of the offer. Among the best-known in-house productions:

• The Boys and its spin-off Gen V: cynical, violent superheroes, the opposite of the Marvel films.
• Reacher: an efficient action series, very popular with fans of the genre.
• The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power: Amazon's big fantasy epic.
• Fallout: the adaptation of the post-apocalyptic video game, praised by critics and gamers alike.
• Invincible: an animated series for adults that has become a cult hit.
• Jack Ryan: espionage, blockbuster style.

Films

Prime Video offers a mix of Amazon original films, big hits available to rent or included depending on the period, and older films. The included catalogue changes regularly: a film available this month may leave next month, and vice versa.

An important detail: included or to rent

On Prime Video, some titles show a rental or purchase price. They are not part of the subscription. To see only included content, use the "Included with Prime" filter or look for the matching label on the title's page.

Languages, subtitles and picture quality

For a Moroccan audience, this is a key point.

Being able to switch between the French version, the original version and Arabic subtitles makes Prime Video a platform well suited to families where everyone has their own habits.

Which devices can you watch Prime Video on?

Prime Video is one of the easiest platforms to set up:

• Smart TVs: Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense and most recent models offer the app.
• Boxes and HDMI sticks: Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV.
• Consoles: PlayStation and Xbox.
• Smartphones and tablets: Android and iOS apps.
• Computers: directly in the browser on primevideo.com.

Smart TV tip

On most TVs, the app offers sign-in with a code: the TV shows a code, and you enter it on primevideo.com from your phone, which is already logged in to the account. It is faster than typing a password with the remote control.

Prime Video price in Morocco

The official price

When you subscribe directly, Prime Video is billed in Morocco in US dollars, paid with an international bank card. The amount charged in dirhams therefore depends on the exchange rate and your bank's fees. Prices may change: the exact price is shown on primevideo.com when you sign up (for reference only, October 2026).

MySplit prices

The yearly plan at 329 DH is one of the best deals in the whole MySplit catalogue: about 27 DH a month for a complete platform. All durations are on the Amazon Prime Video subscription page.

Prime Video in a bundle with Netflix

Prime Video and Netflix complement each other very well: one focuses on original action and fantasy series, the other on a very large volume of international series and films. The Netflix 4K + Prime Video Bundle combines both for 89 DH a month, cheaper than buying each offer separately.

If you also watch Arabic series, the Shahid + Netflix 4K + Prime Bundle at 119 DH a month covers most of what a household wants. And if you prefer to plan over several months, the 6-Month Series Bundle combines Prime Video, Shahid and OSN+ for 6 months, ideal for fans of Arabic and international series.

Ordering Prime Video on MySplit

1. Choose your duration on the offer page.
2. Pay by bank transfer (for example CIH Bank).
3. Send the screenshot of the receipt on WhatsApp.
4. Receive your access on WhatsApp as soon as the payment is checked, quickly during opening hours.

You get a personal profile on a Prime Video account. For everything to keep working, use only your profile and do not change the email, the password or the account settings. Do not rent or buy films from the account. Access is guaranteed for the whole paid period: if there is a problem, support replaces the access or compensates you. Everything is explained in our MySplit guide.

Our verdict

Prime Video is often the ideal second platform for a Moroccan household: a catalogue of high-quality original series, French audio and Arabic subtitles, and compatibility with almost every screen.

• Small budget: the 1-year plan at 329 DH, unbeatable per month.
• You already watch Netflix: the Netflix 4K + Prime Video Bundle at 89 DH a month.
• You just want to try it: 1 month for 49 DH.

Looking for other platforms? OSN+ is available again on MySplit as a shared profile, for 3, 6 or 12 months, and the Movies & Music Bundle brings together Netflix, Prime Video, Shahid and Spotify for 1 month.
